If you receive a defective product, just let us know and we would be happy to offer you 100% refund without any other fees. We believe in transparency and common-sense. No restocking fees, no shipping fees, and no handling fees. You get all your money back if you receive a product that is defective. If the product is damaged in any way, shape, or form, we will issue you a 100% refund immediately. Just send us two pictures of the product: A picture of the product, and a picture of the damaged part of the product. As soon as we receive the pictures, we will issue a full refund to your order. You may email the pictures to Support@HomeDecorArt.com
If the reason for return is other than damaged or defective product, it would be refunded at the discretion of Home Decor Art Store.
If the product is damaged or defective, we will be happy to offer you 100% refund on it. If you prefer to exchange it for another product, we would be happy to offer you 20% discount on the other product.
