1. What are the shipping costs?
For most of the order under $99, our shipping fee is a flat rate of $7.95. Home Decor Art offers free shipping for orders over $99 When your order total is equal to over $99, we will ship it for free. Exceptional cases to this are the products that are too large and bulky. For extra large and bulky products, free shipping offer is not applicable.
2. Which carrier is used for shipping?
We ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or, Canada Post (for canada orders). By default our orders are shipped via UPS ground unless one of the other two options are chosen on the checkout page.
2. How long does it take to receive the product once I order?
Once the order is placed, it is shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Our default shipping method, UPS Ground, takes about 5 to 7 business days to deliver it to your home.
3. What is the return policy of Home Decor Art?
Home Decor Art is based on transparent, open, and authentic business relationships. If you receive a defective product, just let us know and we would be happy to offer you 100% refund without any other fees. We believe in transparency and common-sense. No restocking fees, no shipping fees, and no handling fees. You get all your money back if you receive a product that is defective. 4. What if I receive a damaged product?
If the product is damaged in any way, shape, or form, we will issue you a 100% refund immediately. Just send us two pictures : A picture of the product, and a picture of the damaged part of the product. As soon as we receive the pictures, we will issue a full refund to your order.
